Defective, Damaged, or Incomplete Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us right away at support@cozykitshop.com with clear photos and proof of purchase.
Once the issue is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. In most cases, no return will be required unless specifically requested.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Right of Withdrawal – European Union
In accordance with EU regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to opened, used, or non-returnable items listed above.
Outside of verified defective or incomplete items, refunds are not provided.
